Strengthening the Culture of Evaluation and Institutional Coordination: Director General Mr. Mohamed Mouidi Chairs an Evaluation Meeting of Central Departments

As part of efforts to consolidate the culture of continuous evaluation and strengthen good governance mechanisms within the institution, the Director General of the National Office for Equipment and Accessories for Disabled People (ONAAPH), Mr. Mohamed Mouidi, chaired, on 21 and 22 January 2026, the proceedings of an evaluation meeting devoted to monitoring the activities of the central departments and reviewing the record of achievements recorded during the 2025 financial year.
The organization of this meeting reflects the General Directorate's determination to establish a working dynamic based on regular monitoring and the objective assessment of performance, thereby contributing to the improvement of service quality and to strengthening the effectiveness of the work carried out across the Office's various departments.
This meeting constituted an important step in taking stock of the main results achieved, analyzing performance indicators, and examining the challenges and constraints likely to affect the smooth running of activities. It also provided a forum for constructive dialogue and exchange among the institution's various senior staff, making it possible to discuss ways of strengthening coordination mechanisms between the central departments, in line with the Office's strategic orientations.
On this occasion, the Director General, Mr. Mohamed Mouidi, stressed the importance of promoting a culture of participatory work, regarded as an essential lever for guaranteeing effectiveness and organizational performance. He insisted on the need to adopt modern management methods based on rigorous planning and the periodic evaluation of commitments. He also highlighted the decisive role of internal communication in improving institutional performance, strengthening the sense of responsibility, and fostering collective mobilization around the objectives set.
The holding of this evaluation meeting reflects the General Directorate's commitment to implementing a modern management approach resting on transparency, the recognition of human skills, and continuous improvement — factors considered essential for raising the level of performance and optimizing the quality of the services delivered.
At the conclusion of the proceedings, participants reaffirmed the importance of continuing the efforts under way and of further strengthening coordination between the Office's various departments. They also insisted on the need to implement the recommendations arising from this meeting, in order to support the continuous improvement approach and contribute to the achievement of the ONAAPH's strategic objectives in the coming years.
