The Director General of the National Office for Equipment and Accessories for Disabled People (ONAAPH), Mr. Mohamed Mouidi, presided, on Wednesday 12 February 2025, over the opening of the first training workshop dedicated to the staff of the Central Hearing Solutions Unit for the West region. This initiative, which will be extended to the Centre, East, and South regions, forms part of the continuous training program aimed at strengthening the technical and managerial skills of personnel specialized in audiology.
The program covered the development of distribution mechanisms, the strengthening of marketing strategies, and the guarantee of the quality and availability of hearing equipment. Particular emphasis was also placed on improving the reception and support offered to beneficiaries.
The workshop concluded with a visit to the hearing aid manufacturing and molding plant, allowing participants to observe modern production and assembly techniques. Through this action, the ONAAPH confirms its commitment to improving the quality of services and promoting the inclusion of persons with hearing impairments.
