The Director General of the National Office for Equipment and Accessories for Disabled People (ONAAPH), Mr. Mohamed Mouidi, inaugurated, at the General Directorate headquarters in Algiers, a new specialized training session for the staff of the Central Audioprosthetics Unit covering the Centre and East regions.
This technical and managerial training forms part of the ONAAPH's action plan to improve the quality of services for beneficiaries and to modernize the management mechanisms of the hearing aids sector. The proceedings covered several themes, notably the distribution and marketing of hearing solutions, purchasing and supply procedures, and the importance of communication and reception within the Office's facilities.
The session concluded with a technical visit to the ear-mold manufacturing center, allowing participants to observe the stages involved in the design and assembly of hearing aids. This initiative illustrates the ONAAPH's determination to develop the skills of its teams by providing continuous training that keeps pace with technological developments in the field of hearing aids.
