Nahila Laarej, a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9, le jeudi 22 mai 2025, la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019ouverture officielle des travaux de la premi\u00e8re commission m\u00e9dicale d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la prise en charge des personnes en situation de handicap, organis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Institut national sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 de formation professionnelle du chahid Zghad Mohamed.<\/p>\n<p>Cette initiative s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du programme d\u2019action de l\u2019annexe locale de l\u2019Office National d\u2019Appareillages et Accessoires pour Personnes Handicap\u00e9es (Onaaph), en coordination avec les partenaires institutionnels et locaux, afin de renforcer la couverture m\u00e9dicale et sociale des personnes concern\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, le wali et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation l\u2019accompagnant ont visit\u00e9 le stand de l\u2019Onaaph, o\u00f9 leur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s les proth\u00e8ses, \u00e9quipements compensatoires et services propos\u00e9s par l\u2019Office, illustrant les efforts continus d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de vie et d\u2019inclusion sociale des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires.<\/p>\n<p>La commission a ensuite entam\u00e9 les examens m\u00e9dicaux et proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la remise d\u2019appareillages aux premiers b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, marquant ainsi une \u00e9tape concr\u00e8te vers une prise en charge efficace et humaine des personnes en situation de handicap \u00e0 El M\u2019Ghair.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Le wali de la wilaya d\u2019El M\u2019Ghair, M.
